    Experience was great. Our downstairs heater stopped working. He was able to get here and fix it in the same day. He went out of his way to found the parts needed for our older model heaters. We will be setting up a maintenance schedule with him and go with this company if we have any problems.

    Called on Sunday, they quickly responded and set an appointment for the next day. On Monday they sent a text telling me when they would arrive. Once here, they went right to work and found the problem within minutes. The problem fixed, they tested the machine to make sure it was running properly. And gave me a discount for being prior military on his way out. Thank you All American, I will call you again!

    These guys were great. My stove was working but the oven was not. I was so confused. These guys came within 24 hours and told me the problem was in electrical work: that I needed a new type of wire in the ground. I felt confident in their recommendation, and sure enough it was accurate. I had my contractor come back out and fix the mistake his electrician had made; and behold: IT WORKS! I’d call these guys again in a heartbeat: they were professional, smart/accurate, and offered to come back and help whenever I needed it.

    We called All American for help with a GE fridge that wasn’t cooling properly. Lonzo responded quickly to the original request and followed by phone to verify the issue. They were able to schedule a service call for the next day, communicated before arrival and were on time. Professional-looking crew and vehicle. Seemed to understand the issue, quickly found a likely cause and made the repair. Took great care to protect the hardwood floors and other surfaces and cleaned up as they worked. Charges were fair and reasonable. Bottom line: nice, professional folks, good quality work. Would definitely use them again.
